All content, code, and proprietary algorithms used on this site and throughout our dashboard delivery process remain the exclusive property of Peak Insights AI, unless otherwise specified in a signed client contract.
3. Use of Data
We take data privacy seriously. Any data processed through our AI-integrated dashboards is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to provide any data uploaded to our platforms.
Enterprise clients retain full ownership of their underlying business data, while Peak Insights AI retains ownership of the custom visualization templates and logic developed, unless otherwise agreed.
4. User Obligations
- You must provide accurate information when requesting demos or consulting services.
- You may not use our platform to process unauthorized or illegal data.
- Unauthorized attempts to reverse-engineer our AI models or dashboard structures are strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Peak Insights AI provides analytical tools. While we strive for maximum accuracy, we cannot be held liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated insights. AI reporting should be used as a decision-support tool, not a sole source of truth.
